General Introduction

The production line is comprised of support roller mesh belt quenching furnace, quenching tank, oil remove stand,

post-cleaning machine, support roller mesh belt tempering furnace, mesh belt cooling tank and electrical control system.

The chain type mesh belt furnace adopts upper heating method. Each heating zone has a circulation fan to

achieve a unified furnace temperature. The mesh belt is driven by chain mechanism.

1 Front rack

The front rack is comprised of rack, transmission wheel and water screen;

The rack is welded by sectional steel and steel plate. The size is 2000*650*1100mm;



2 Furnace body

The furnace body is comprised of pre-heating section and furnace shell.

2.1 preheating area

Size: 1500*650*1330mm which is welded by 6mm steel plate and section steel;

2.2 furnace shell

Size: 5000*1200*1760mm, which is welded by 6mm steel plate and section steel.

The furnace cover can be divided into several pieces for easy maintenance;


3 Mesh belt driving device

3.1 The parts are conveyed through the mesh belt.

3.2 The mesh belt is supported by the support rollers with synchronized movement.

The mesh belt is of the front-driven type, and thus bears a minimal tensile force at high temperature.



4 Heat preservation material

4.1 The inside roof wall is lined with high temperature cerablanket block.

4.2 The furnace side walls are lined with LBK anti-carburizing bricks, heat preservation plate, calcium silicate plate and cerablanket. The thickness of the furnace wall is 400mm.

4.3 The refractory adhesive is silica sol. It has the characteristics of stronger bonding effect at higher temperature.


5 Heating device

Natural gas burner: 12.7-25KW, 0-C 20 sets;

Natural gas radiation tube: ¢100*1110mm, SUS310 30 pieces;


6 Stir fan (with bearing oil cooling system), 2 sets;


7 Fume exhaust device exhaust fume device ( removing and burning the fume of the furnace and the oil tank)

14 Control device

The tempering furnace is heated by gas control which is comprised of temperature meter and PLC.

The burner is pulse ignition and has interlock device.
