Applicationat treat furnace
The pit type heat treatment furnace is mainly used for tempering heat treatment of middle and small size metal parts and alloy parts.
The working temperature is less than 650℃. The furnace is equipped with ventilator device and air guide system.
The pit type heat treat furnace adopts SCR and PID control to ensure high control accuracy
and stable performance.

Temperature control: the furnace is PID control which adopts Shanghai Guolong intelligent temperature
controller to control the temperature.
The heating control loop has over-temperature alarm and send sound-light alarm when the heating zone is over-temperature.
The SCR, AC connector, intermediate relay, stroke switch, operating switch, button and signal indicate light adopt
Delixi Brand which has good accuracy and long service life.
Electrical control cabinet: the cabinet is made according to industrial standard.
The connection line from the control cabinet to the main circuit of the furnace body
is insulated with copper coreand all wire numbers are clearly printed.
Installation and maintenance
Install the furnace according to the drawing. Check the heating element whether there is any
phase break, circuit break and short circuit. Test whether the insulation resistance of the heating
element is within the specified range.
Check whether all wiring is loose phenomenon Regularly; Check the stroke switch regularly to
prevent the furnace from being damaged due to the improper action.
Furnace working conditions:
1) The average monthly humidity in the area is no more than 90%；
2) No explosive hazard, no corrosive gas or electric dust;
3) No obvious vibration or turbulence; heavy surface slope is not higher than 5℃;
4) The control cabinet surface should keep clean;
5) Check whether the instrument is working correctly regularly;
