Professional Automatic Plastic Tank Crimping Machine , Radiator Making Machine
1. Main Application
The plastic tank clinching machine for making radiators is used for crimping the teeth of the
header plates and locking the plastic tank tight to the core
body to form a sealed space between the crimped plastic tank,sealing gasket and header plate.
2. Technical Features
2.1 The machinery for making radiator, i.e, plastic tank clinching machine is a pneumatic and
servo combined power crimping machine. The long-side and short-side of the header is to be
crimped by one machine cycle. The crimping machine could crimp the teeth type header.
2.2 The operator could set the movements step by step on the touch screen.
2.3 The radiator tank crimping machine is controlled by PLC,
and the process data could be saved.
2.4 The radiator plastic tank crimping machine has both the automatic
and manual mode available. The touch screen could set the movement of each step.
2.5 The crimping claw is connected with the machine by bolts. And the machine
is to crimp different models by changing the tools.
2.6 The radiator machine is set with a protection window surrounding the four
sides of the machine. The safety grid doesn’t affect the operation convenience.
2.7 The radiator plastic tank crimping machine is equipped with a 3-color alarm lamp.
2.8 The radiator tank crimping machine is also equipped with a photoelectric
switch to ensure operation safety.

without noticing the buyer in case of shortage of components of the current brands.
5. Operation Procedure
The operator is responsible for placing the core body, placing the gasket and
plastic tank, and then load the core to the working position. Press RUN button.
Manual operation: the worker could run the machine by each step, or cancel
each step by the operation button on the panel. The manual mode is designed for
adjustment and commissioning purpose.
Automatic operation: the worker could only start the equipment at the automatic
mode when the equipment is at the original position. When the equipment is at
original position, the operator could change to automatic or manual mode.
Anti-error and interlock device:there is an anti-error and interlock control between
each two movements to avoid wrong operation and damages caused by it.
The equipment is warranted for 13 months starting from the date of shipment.
The seller is to replace broken parts or repair the equipment free of charge in
the warranty period, but easy-worn parts are not included in the warranty.
The buyer is not allowed to pass the technical documents to a third party without
permission of the seller.
