The high speed aquipment is used for straightening and cutting aluminum harmonica tubes of radiators.
The equipment is driven by a servo motor. The raw material is conveyed by a precision linear guidance rail.
Cutting of the pipes is conducted through a revolving knife or a linear knife. The equipment is also equipped
with a fully-automatic decoiler.
Coil inner diameter: 450-500mm; width: 300-330mm; decoiler bearing weight: 300kg;
Coil feeding method: manually place the coil on the decoiler, and screw up the coil expansion core;
Decoiler motor power: 0.75kw
The decoiling method is stable and reliable. The equipment has a high cutting accuracy and a fast working speed.
It is able to cut different pipes by adjusting the distance of the straightening rolling wheels. It takes twice or
multiple charges to cut the aluminum tube when the cut-to-length is very large.
