Aluminum Evaporator Serpentine Tube Bending Machine 

 

1. Main Application

The serpentine tube bending is used to straighten aluminum flat tube coils, bend the flat tubes into a serpentine shape,

and cut the bended tubes. The working process goes on automatically starting from feeding,

straightening, bending to cutting.

 

2. Main Characteristics

The electrical control system is comprised of PLC and a touch screen. Feeding of the flat tube is

through the ball screw and a driving servo motor. The program can be set up through the touch

screen, and the programs can be stored directly. The serpentine tube bending machine

can bend serpentine tubes of various specifications.

The machine has a high repetition accuracy, and a high stability. Different bending

angles are available by changing the data of the bending program on the touch screen.
