PLC Controlled Radiator Making Machine 280M Per Minute With Easy Operation
1. General Introduction
The 280m/min fin radiator making machine is equipped with the following devices: decoiler, tensioning device,adjustable
micro-spray precision lubrication system, fin forming, pitch forming, counting and cutting function, strip run-out detection,
blockage detection device, cutting fault indicator, fin forming unit overloading protection device, and fault indication light.
The fin radiator making machine is controlled by PLC, AC servo system, and touch screen. The servo motor automatically
controls the decoiler. The fin forming unit, pitch forming device, collection device, and fin pulling device are all controlled by
the servo motor separately. The counting device and the cutting device are driven by independent servo motors. The cutting
accuracy reaches ±0 fin convolutions. In addition, the fin radiator making machine is equipped with automatic oil spray
lubrication system, aluminum strip run-out detection mechanism,
blockage detection device, cutting fault indication, and overloading protector of the fin forming unit main shaft,
and fault alarm lamp.
The fin forming table is protected by a protection door.
3. Micro-spray Precision Lubrication Device
In particular, the fin radiator making machine is equipped with a fin lubrication device consisting of upper and lower oil
chamber and oil immersing felt. Before entering the fin forming unit, the two sides of the aluminum strip must be covered with an
oil film to protect the fin forming unit. And also the impurities could be wiped out.
Our micro-spary precision lubrication device has a daily volatile oil consumption of 4 liters while the traditional intermittent
mist spray system has a daily consumption of 10 liters. The lubricaiton device can provide an even oil film layer to the aluminum
strip and ensure sufficient lubrication for the fin forming unit. In this way, the blade life can be assured and the volatile
consumption is reduced.

4. Fin Forming Unit
The fin forming unit is used to produce fins with or without windows.
The fin forming blade is made of special cobalt-containing high speed steel. The blade is produced by
Japanese slow wire cutting machine, and American precision blade grinding machine. The blade precision is 2μm.
The fin forming unit is processed by American CNC center with a high precision.
