Aluminum Tube Straightening and Cutting Machine, Tube Straightener Machine
1. Main Application
The aluminum tube straightening and cutting machine is used for straightening and cutting aluminum harmonica tubes of parallel flow condensers. The aluminum tube straightening and cutting machine is driven by a servo motor. The raw material is conveyed by a precision linear guidance rail. Cutting of the pipes is conducted through a revolving knife or a linear knife.
The aluminum tube straightening and cutting machine is also equipped with a fully-automatic decoiler.

Coil feeding method: manually place the coil on the decoiler, and screw up the coil expansion core;

The aluminum tube straightener is able to cut different pipes by adjusting the distance of the straightening rolling wheels. It takes twice or multiple charges to cut the aluminum tube when the cut-to-length is very large.
