This electric curing oven is ideal for coil impregnation drying (curing) processes and epoxy resin curing after dry casting. With an intelligent automatic control system and forced hot air circulation, it ensures uniform temperature distribution and precise process control, delivering consistent and high-quality curing results for motor components.

• High Temperature Uniformity: Equipped with 6 large air volume centrifugal blowers (1.1kW each) providing forced horizontal air circulation from left to right, achieving excellent temperature uniformity of ≤±2.5%℃ throughout the working chamber.

• Precise & Intelligent Control: Features an automatic temperature control system with over-temperature alarm and audible/visual alerts. The system automatically cuts off heating power when temperatures exceed set limits, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

• Robust Construction: Built with a durable Q235 steel frame and a specially designed expandable inner liner to accommodate thermal deformation. The 150mm thick high-density aluminum silicate cotton insulation minimizes heat loss and improves energy efficiency.

• Reliable Heating Elements: Utilizes U-type electric heating tubes with low surface load, placed in side heating chambers to prevent direct contact with workpieces and ensure long service life.
