The chain type mesh belt furnace heats the furnace up and down heating method. Each heating zone has a circulation fan to achieve an unified furnace temperature. The mesh belt is driven by chain mechanism. The mesh belt conveyor furnace exit is equipped with a cooling fan.The furnace is used for tempering treatment of auto springs.

5.2 Furnace body:
The mesh belt conveyor furnace body is welded by 6mm steel plate and sectional steel. The mesh belt furnace top cover plate is 10mm steel plate and reinforced with 6mm steel plate. The bottom frame of the mesh belt conveyor furnace is welded from 10# channel steel, and the outer frame is reinforced with double channel steel so that the bearing capacity of the bottom frame can be ensured.

5.4. Thermal insulation
5.4.1 The thermal insulation layer of mesh belt conveyor furnace is comprised of 1260 high temperature cerablanket, insulation board and insulation brick.
5.4.2 The mesh belt furnace roof adopts compound lining of aluminum silication fiber cotton. The roof outer layer is made of stainless steel plate.
5.4.3 The mesh belt tempering furnace wall adopts B5 high-alumina brick and 1260 cerablanket. The wall lining thickness is 300mm.
5.4.4 The mesh belt furnace bottom adopts B5 brick and 1000 silicon calcium board.
5.4.5 Fire-proofing adhesive adopts P-150. The higher the temperature, the better the bonding performance.
5. 5 Heating System
The mesh belt conveyor furnace is a resistance heating mode, which is divided into 6 independent heating zones. The heating element adopts electric heating tubes, which is installed horizontally on the upper and lower layers of the furnace so that the workpieces will be evenly heated in the furnace.

The temperature control mode adopts PID phase-shifting trigger, double temperature and double control, over-temperature alarm, couple breakage alarm, and low temperature alarm.

The exit stand of the mesh belt conveyor furnace is welded from channel steel and steel plate. There is the cooling fan installed above the exit stand to cool down the coil spring quickly.

The whole production line is controlled by the PLC
The whole production process is monitored by the PLC which controls the temperature, liquid level and driving device. The control system has the audible and visual alarm, safety interlocking system, and a simulation screen for observing the performance of the furnace real-time. The mesh belt speed is also shown by a speed reader.
