Composition

 

The CAB aluminum radiator brazing furnace is comprised of the following parts: round shape fluxer, flux mixing and supply device,

the drying oven, the front curtain chamber, the preheating oven, the brazing oven, the air cooling chamber, the rear curtain

chamber, the air blast chamber, the driving system, the water and gas pipeline, the electrical control system.

 

 

Application

The aluminium radiator brazing furnace is used to braze aluminum heat exchangers such as radiators, intercoolers,

evaporators,

and heater radiator under protective nitrogen atmosphere. The flux used is NOCOLOK flux.

 

The drying oven is an important part of the aluminium radiator brazing furnace line, and it decides the final brazing quality.

The radiators are well dried by the drying oven, and the dried parts are an important precondition of a high quality brazing

process.

Features of Drying Oven 

a) The supporting structure, shell and frame of the furnace are made of low carbon steel. The shell of the furnace is made of 4mm

low carbon steel plate and reinforced with section steel. The top of the furnace is integrally fixed, which is also reinforced by low

carbon steel plate and section steel. Each area is equipped with overhaul and slag clearance ports.

b) The lining of the whole heating chamber is filled with high-quality insulation material, which is filled in the shell and inner

sandwich layer composed of low-carbon steel plates. The whole insulation is covered with a solid structure. All insulation

materials do not contain asbestos. Ensure that the furnace wall temperature is room temperature +15℃except for

the heat bridge and the inlet and outlet.

c) The top of the drying furnace is equipped with the 4KW turbo-stirrer fans for atmosphere circulation. Fan impellers, shafts

and insulation shells are made of stainless steel, and other external parts are made of low carbon steel. Circulating air flow

will pass vertically through the middle of the product from bottom to top, and then be sent back to the air vanes for recirculation.

The large arc around the inner chamber makes the circulation air smoother, and the flat air flow speed of the mesh belt is

no less than 2.5M/S.

D. Furnace top fan is designed to be easy to repair and provide convenience in butter filling and bearing replacement.

e) The start-up and stop of the circulating fan are directly linked with heating. Only when the fan is opened, can

the heating be started so as to ensure that the service life of the heating element is prolonged.

f) In the heating process, an exhaust fan is used to remove moisture from the furnace. The exhaust gas can

be controlled by an adjustable air door, which ensures the uniformity of temperature in the furnace during the

regulating process of the air door.

g) The furnace wall temperature is room temperature + 20 C, except for the heat bridge and the inlet and outlet.

h) Induced draft fan of drying furnace can be adjusted by frequency conversion inveter to ensure the stability of burner

heating by controlling the intake air in the best state.

i) In order to ensure the uniformity of temperature, the circulating fan adopts centrifugal type. The hot air

is sucked into the air duct and then blown evenly to the product surface through the air duct.

J) Reasonable layout of installation structure of gas control system makes the product more beautiful, and transparent

protective net is installed on furnace side.

k)  The drying oven of the aluminium radiator brazing furnace works with gas so as to reduce running cost.
