2. Equipment Characteristics
2.1 structural type: The vertical tube expander machine HVAC equipment is of a vertical structure. The machine could finish tube
expansion, tube end forming, and tube edge folding during one clamping.
2.2 The secondary end-forming length is adjusted by rotation up-down movement of the expansion
screw driven by the chain and srpocket wheel, and the chain and sprocket wheel is controlled by the
reducing gear and motor.
2.3 The expansion stroke (distance between 2 side plates) is controlled by the stroke screw driven by
motor and worm gear. The screw is connected with the rotary encoder.The length is changed by PLC.
