Continuous annealing heat treat furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, stainless steel pipe, heating elements
and fixing devices, electrical control system, and furnace temperature automatic control system.heat treat furnace /heat treatment furnace/ steel wire annealing furnace
2.1.1 Furnace shell:
The outer wall of the furnace shell is made of Q235 plate with the thickness of 3 mm. The framework of the shell is
made of 10 # section steel and 8 # section steel. The furnace has the advantage of firm structure,

2.1.2 Furnace lining:
The heat treatment furnace lining is all-fiber structure. It adopts high-quality
high-temperature refractory fibers, standard stainless steel round parts and
scientific and reasonable mounting method. The aluminum fibers are pre-compressed
into blocks (compression gravity: ≥230Kg/m3 ) and then fixed to the furnace body by round stainless steel parts.
The installation thickness of the insulation material is ≮350mm. The structure has low heat conductivity,
strong anti-shock capacity, and anti-erosion. The aluminum silicate fiber resists a maximum
temperature of 1200℃. The material of round steel is 1Cr13 round steel. The lining has
the effect of rapid heating and heat preservation.
The bottom is made of heavy refractory brick and mullite brick.
The expansion joints of refractory bricks are preserved in masonry to prevent the expansion damage
of lining when heated.
For every 400 mm distance, a shaped brick is used to fix stainless steel pipes
(the wire mesh inside the shaped brick prevents the cracking of the shaped brick
leading to the deformation of the stainless steel pipes). The two sides of each
shaped brick are fixed with stainless steel splints.
2.1.3 Furnace body heating element:
The mesh belt heat treatment furnace employs high-quality high-resistance alloy material 0Cr21AL6Nb
which is processed into corrugated resistance bands. They are installed on the bottom of the furnace body
to ensure that they are not damaged during processing. The heat treat furnace has 8 heating zones.
The arrangement of heating elements corresponds to that of heating zones. An independent heating
group is arranged in each heating zone. All lead-out rods are made of φ16 0Cr25AL5 material.
The special industrial chucks are used for lead-out rods to ensure firm and reliable wiring.
2.1.4 Heating elements
The heating elements adopt high quality high temperature alloy belt in order to meet long term use
at the temperature of 950 ℃. The furnace lining adopts aluminum silicate refractory fiber. The steel wire annealing
furnace is equipped with 20 stainless steel tubes for wires going through. The specification of
the tube is Ø25*3mm, 19.1 meters length. The tube material is 310S(Cr25Ni20Si2)which
has the advantage of durability at high temperatures. Each pipeline is equipped with
protective gas inlet. The cooling groove at the pipe outlet is provided with a sealing
connecting device. The inlet is equipped with guide device to ensure that the wire runs
in a straight line in the pipeline. And the thermal expansion device of the pipeline is also equipped in the furnace.
2.1.5 Cooling tank
The cooling tank is made of 5 mm thick iron plate by pressing and welding, and the frame is made of
10# and 8# Q235 sectional steel. There are 20 stianless steel tubes sealed and welded with heating tubes.
The stainless steel tube material is 304 (1Cr18Ni9), and the diameter is Ø25*3mm. The tank is equipped
with inlet and outlet water to ensure rapid cooling of annealed parts. The effective cooling pipe length is 7.5 meters.
2.1.6 Ammonia decomposition device
The furnace has ammonia decomposition and purification device. Using liquid ammonia as raw material,
under the action of catalyst, heating decomposition to obtain hydrogen and nitrogen mixed gas containing
75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen.
2.1.7 Temperature control system
Temperature control: the furnace adopts Shanghai Guolong intelligent temperature controller to control
the temperature which has self-tuning function to calculate the ideal PID parameter and achieve
temperature stability. The temperature controller has the functions of over-temperature alarm
and thermal couple breakage protection.
The heating loop adopts the SCR and trigger control. The output heating power can be changed
to achieve temperature control.
The over-temperature alarm system is sound and light alarm which ensures the safety of
workpieces and equipment in furnace.
All main control devices, such as AC contactors, fast fuses, intermediate relays, stroke switches,
operation switches, buttons, signal indicators, and operation and display devices are the brand of
CHINT. The current and voltage indicators are sensitive, accurate, reliable and long service life.
Electrical control cabinet: The cabinet body adopts the control cabinet manufactured by professional
manufacturers in accordance with international electrical standards. The size, structure and color of
the cabinet conform to the standards commonly used at home and abroad. The installation, wiring
and identification of the devices in the cabinet conform to the relevant standards.
Copper core insulated wire is used to connect the control cabinet to the main circuit of the furnace
body; special line number material is used for all line number markings, which can be printed
regularly to avoid line number falling off; and line number markings are provided for every
two meters interval in all underground ditches to facilitate inspection of each line during maintenance.
