Installation and maintenance
Installation
Install the furnace according to the drawing. Check the heating element whether there is any phase break, circuit break and short circuit. Test whether the insulation resistance of the heating element is within the specified range.
Maintenance
Check whether all wiring is loose phenomenon Regularly; Check the stroke switch regularly to prevent the furnace from being damaged due to the improper action.
Furnace working conditions:

• The average monthly humidity in the area is no more than 90%；
• No explosive hazard, no corrosive gas or electric dust;
• No obvious vibration or turbulence; heavy surface slope is not higher than 5℃;
• The control cabinet surface should keep clean;
• Check whether the instrument is working correctly regularly;
