 Continuous Extrusion Machinery Making Machine for Brazing Radiators

 

1. Brief Descriptions of Machinery

The revolving extrusion wheel is driven by a motor, and it guides the feedstock to enter the wheel groove. The feedstock is dragged into the chamber by the friction between the wheel groove and feedstock. The friction generates high temperature and heavy pressure, under the high temperate and pressure, the metal is formed into aluminum tube through a die.

Centered around the Continuous Extrusion Machine, the line is equipped with the straightener for aluminum rod, cooling systems, length counter, take-up stand and other auxiliary equipments based on the actual requirement.

Production flow: Al Feedstock Pay-off → Straightener→Ultrasonic Cleaning→ Continuous Extrusion → Product Cooling → Blow Dry →Dancer →Take-up.

3. Hydraulic, Lubricate and Electric Control system

 

The extrusion machine operates with separated high hydraulic system to clamp the shoe in place by hydraulic cylinders. Separated lubricant system ensures the bearings are adequately lubricated and correct operating statuses are maintained. The main hydraulic component is Yuken product (REXORTH standard component).

Lubrication oil: ISOVG220-320 Pump: 1.1kW+1.5kW

The electrical system adopts Siemens PLC controller, ABB DC Driver and all major components are products of ABB™ Electricity, which ensure the reliability of control system. Voltage specialize for the customer: AC 380V 50Hz / 3 phase.

The production line is controlled by an industrial computer system mounted in the console. Highly specialized control software communicates with the PLC, Control and monitor tasks are automatically done by the PLC.

A graphic operation terminal environment with windows GUI to provide the following features:

· LCD screen control panel of dynamic systems.

· Measurement and recording of operating parameters such as temperatures, speeds, machine load etc.

· Tabular display of primary, secondary and all control parameters.

· Recording of real time product line status.

· Alarms. Fault location indicate and automatic solution guide.
