1.Technical features
Nitriding furnace is a periodic heat treatment electric furnace, which is mainly used for gas nitriding of steel parts and auto parts. Due to the selection of ultra light energy-saving furnace lining materials and advanced sealing fan for integrated water-cooled furnace, this series of nitriding furnace has uniform furnace temperature, fast temperature rise, good heat preservation, uniform nitrogen potential atmosphere and uniform infiltration layer. The temperature control adopts Parker logic LC04G, cascade control, PID intelligent temperature control, set with over-temperature alarm and power-off function, equipped with timing function. After the temperature reaches the set temperature, the system will automatically enter the holding stage, and the power will be cut off and alarm will be given automatically at the end of the holding time.
