Breakthrough Design

When workpiece length reaches 3 meters, conventional vacuum furnaces become inadequate. The WDL-8824's 3000mm extra-long chamber provides solutions for components in petroleum, nuclear power, chemical, and other heavy industries.

The 800×800×3000mm effective heating zone accommodates workpieces up to 2900mm in length, with 2000kg load capacity handling multiple long rods or多层 long parts in single batch. The furnace features segmented body construction facilitating transport and installation while solving thermal expansion deformation challenges inherent in furnaces.


Core Technology

8~10 Zone Independent Control

Each 300~400mm section forms an independent temperature control zone with dedicated heating elements, thermocouples, and power modules. The control system maintains temperature variation within ±5℃ across the 3000mm length through intelligent gradient suppression algorithms.

Segmented Heat Shields

Heat shields employ segmented design with thermal expansion gaps between sections and flexible connections, ensuring insulation effectiveness while preventing high-temperature structural deformation. Each shield segment can be independently removed for maintenance without complete disassembly.

Dual-End Doors (Optional)

For convenient workpiece loading/unloading, optional front-rear dual-end door configuration available. Workpieces can be loaded from one end and extracted from the opposite end, particularly suitable for流水线continuous production. Dual-end doors also facilitate chamber interior cleaning and maintenance.

Heavy-Duty Workpiece Support

Multiple adjustable support frames in chamber, flexibly positioned based on workpiece length and weight distribution. Support frames utilize high-temperature molybdenum alloy maintaining adequate load capacity at 1300℃.
