1. Equipment Purpose
The equipment is a combination of mechanical, servo, and
pneumatic system. The evpoartaor core builder machine can
assemble the fin, header plate, side plate and other workpieces
into a laminated evaporator core at one time.
We have full range heat exchanger making machines such as
aluminum fin machine, core builder, brazing furnace, etc.
The whole core builder machine works stably, assembles the core
quickly, and is easy to operate. It conforms to ergonomics, has low
energy consumption and no noise. The machine has accurate positioning
of the center distance of the core flat tube, has uniform density of the
laminated evaporator core. It has neat and beautiful core forming of
the laminated evaporator core, and has accurate assembly dimensions,
which is convenient for brazing.
2.1 The clamping travel height is controlled by the position sensing
switch (automatically adjusted through the setting of the touch screen).
The control accuracy is within +/-0.2mm. It can be stopped within any
travel range to achieve adjustable and controllable (the speed is adjustable
within 20--400mm/s, the travel range is set through the touch screen to
set the length and speed, and the speed of a cycle can be set as fast---slow---fast.
2.2 There is a pressure sensor on the pressing head, and the pressure is
set on the touch screen, and the real-time pressure data can be displayed.
During the working process, the automatic judgment is carried out through
the set pressure and length. Only when the two parameters are within the
set range at the same time can it be judged as qualified (the two parameters
of pressure and length have upper and lower limit settings). When one data
reaches the set value and the other data does not reach the setting, the alarm
shall be given and the operation shall be stopped.
2.3 The clamping of the equipment has two control modes: automatic and
semi-automatic. The pressing die can be stopped within any travel range
2.4 The clamping process realizes automatic side alignment, automatic
leveling and automatic clamping.
2.5 The equipment bed is welded with thick wall section steel and steel
plate, and each mechanism of the equipment is installed on it.
2.6 The overall structure equipment is positioned from the left and right,
and the adjustable distance structure is adopted. Right side positioning:
cylinder structure is adopted. Clamping mechanism: servo motor.
2.7 Core assembly tooling:
The corresponding backing plates can be replaced due to different varieties.
The structure of the core assembly table is designed as a whole. The
offer includes two kinds of product base plates;
3.Electric Control System
3.1 The system adopts Taiwan Delta PLC control and delta touch screen

3.3 Control circuits such as operation buttons and indicator lights shall be 24V DC.
3.4 Three color light audible and visual alarm.
3.5 sensors, pipes, cables and oil seals must have good durability.

5. Security protection
5.1 photoelectric device: safety light curtain when someone or object enters the photoelectric
