1. Summary
The aluminum brazing furnaces are divided into continuous brazing furnadce and vacuum brazing furnace.
The vacuum brazing furnace is specially needed for the brazing of bar-plate heat exchangers, oil coolers, etc.
The vacuum aluminum brazing furnace is mainly used for railway locomotive heat exchange equipment, air
separation equipment and automobile environmental protection production. Products with vacuum brazing
treatment: intercooler, oil cooler, radiator, evaporator, condenser, radar grid antenna, waveguide and various
plate fin or segment heat exchangers.All measurement units adopt international unit (SI) standard.The
measurement units of all parts, components and various instruments of the equipment adopt the
international unit (SI) standard.

3. General Overview
The electric brazing furnace is a horizontal, 2-chamber structure, with furnace doors at both the front and rear side.
The vacuum brazing furnace doors are driven by speed reducing motors.
The pneumatic push rod is locked and fed at both ends.The main machine is composed of vacuum furnace body,
heating chamber, vacuum system, inflation system, pneumatic system, water cooling system, electrical control
system, etc.
