1. Features

The vacuum pressure impregnation process (VPI) employs a process of vacuum and pressurizing.

The resin storage tank shell is set with a chilling and heating coil filled with glycol water solution.

The temperature is automatically controlled. Also the resin storage tank is set with a mixing device.

And the top of the storage tank is set with an anti-explosion lamp and an observation window. And the

outside of the tank is heat preserved by high temperature rock wool, and then further covered by

a stainless steel shell.

6. Vacuum impregnation waste gas treatment equipment

The activated carbon adsorption purification designs the environmental protection treatment system according to

the waste gas temperature, waste gas concentration, emission, waste gas type and national emission standards

provided by the user. Due to the high concentration and temperature of waste gas, and considering the low operation

cost and the adsorption of organic waste gas by activated carbon, the granular activated carbon adsorption recovery

device is generally selected as the main equipment. The working principle of activated carbon bed is divided into

two parts. One is adsorption, The second is desorption regeneration. After the waste gas is cooled by the gas

cooler, the gas enters the activated carbon box. After being adsorbed by the activated carbon in the box, the

harmful components are removed, and the purified gas meeting the emission standard is discharged to the outside

through the fan. The activated carbon adsorbs a certain solvent for a period of time (the length of use depends on the

content of the gas and the length of production time). It should be regenerated. During regeneration, 0.07 MPa steam

is sprayed into the adsorption box, Evaporate all kinds of solvents adsorbed in the activated carbon, condense them

into liquid through the condenser, and enter the separation cylinder to separate and recover the organic solvent. The

residual liquid enters the aeration cylinder. If the temperature of the waste gas is high, it will affect the adsorption

effect of the activated carbon. Therefore, before adsorption, conduct the waste gas cooling device to reduce the

temperature to about 40 ℃, and the cooled waste gas finally goes to the adsorption tank. The cooled gas enters

the activated carbon adsorption bed with an air volume of 3000m3, The flow velocity in the activated carbon layer

is less than 0.70 M / s, which can ensure the adsorption effect of activated carbon.
