Flagship Model

The WDL-8830 represents the flagship model in WUXI WONDERY's vacuum brazing furnace product line. While maintaining the same 800×800×3000mm chamber dimensions as the WDL-8824, structural reinforcement and system upgrades increase maximum load capacity to 2500kg—a 25% improvement in load capability.

This equipment is designed for defense equipment, nuclear, heavy-duty gas turbines, and other fields demanding extreme loads and extreme reliability, representing WUXI WONDERY's highest manufacturing standards.

Triple-Seal System

Primary seal + secondary seal + emergency seal triple design, with multi-point automatic compression mechanism on door. Vacuum measurement multiple high-precision gauges monitoring vacuum levels throughout chamber in real-time. Leak rate ≤0.2Pa/h achieves military-grade sealing standards.

Load-Adaptive Control

Control system incorporates load-adaptive algorithms that automatically identify thermal characteristics (heat capacity, thermal conductivity, outgassing behavior, etc.) of current load through brief test runs after loading, optimizing temperature control parameters accordingly. For users frequently changing product types, this dramatically reduces process.

Reinforced Cooling System

Cooling system designed for 2500kg large thermal mass, with improved heat exchange efficiency and reduced cooling time. Optional zoned rapid cooling mode allows selective cooling based on workpiece distribution.
