 Area of Expertise

Slender component brazing presents a vacuum furnace challenge—chambers too short cannot accommodate the parts, while long chambers often suffer from temperature non-uniformity. The WDL-8815 perfectly resolves this contradiction through longitudinal zone control and end compensation technology.

The 800×800×1500mm deep chamber accommodates slender workpieces up to 1400mm in length, such as missile sections, deep-well drill pipes, and long bellows. Four to six longitudinal independent temperature control zones, combined with end-enhanced heating, ensures consistent temperature from end to end.


Innovative Design

Longitudinal Gradient Suppression

The control system continuously monitors temperature differences between zones, dynamically adjusting power distribution through intelligent algorithms. When end temperatures are detected as偏低, end zone power automatically increases; when中间区域 temperatures are偏高, middle zone power appropriately decreases, creating dynamic balance.

Anti-Deformation Support

Multi-point support fixture interfaces预置 in the chamber floor, allowing support支架 installation based on workpiece length. Brackets utilize molybdenum alloy material maintaining sufficient strength at high temperatures, preventing slender workpiece bending deformation under self-weight.

Longitudinal Gas Cooling

The optional rapid cooling system features longitudinal气流导向设计, with cooling gas flowing from one chamber end, along workpiece surfaces to the opposite end. This cooling method is particularly suitable for slender workpieces, avoiding residual stress caused by uneven cooling.
