Addressing Industry Challenges

Large component brazing has long faced two major challenges: insufficient chamber volume to accommodate large workpieces, and non-uniform thermal fields causing局部 underheating. The WDL-669 was specifically designed to solve these problems.

The 600×600×900mm effective heating zone accommodates large workpieces up to 500mm in diameter and 800mm in length, while 500kg load capacity meets batch production requirements. Multi-point distributed heating technology creates a uniform thermal field throughout the chamber, maintaining ±5℃ temperature uniformity even at maximum load.


Core Configuration

Reinforced Heating System

Heating element quantity increased by 40% compared to medium-sized models, utilizing Mo-La alloy material with 30% higher high-temperature strength. Heater布局 optimized through heavy-load thermal field simulation, fully accounting for thermal disturbance caused by 500kg loads.

Heavy-Duty Insulation Structure

Heat shields reinforced for frequent thermal cycling, with increased layer count and molybdenum sheet thickness. All components feature modular quick-release design for rapid replacement during maintenance, minimizing downtime.

High-Speed Vacuum System

Main pump pumping speed more than doubled compared to medium-sized models. Vacuum circuitry features parallel dual-path design, continuously evacuating gases released from workpieces during heating to maintain high vacuum throughout the brazing cycle.
