Six-Zone Independent Control
Six heating element groups arranged along chamber height, each independently controlled. Power ratios optimized through FEM simulation to eliminate inherent top-bottom temperature differences in large chambers. Dual-Seal System
Door features primary + secondary seal rings with automatic compression mechanism. After door closure, system automatically detects seal status and adjusts compression force, maintaining extremely low leak rates even after extended use.
Laser Loading Assistance
