Equipment Positioning

The WDL-8812 is WUXI WONDERY's flagship model for the aerospace industry. The massive 800×800×1200mm chamber accommodates large aerospace components such as rocket engine combustion chambers and satellite propellant tanks, while 800kg load capacity supports either single large products or batch production of medium-small parts.

Designed and manufactured to aerospace-grade standards, key components feature redundant configurations ensuring critical production tasks proceed without failure. Temperature uniformity of ±5℃ (AMS2750E compliant) and leak rate ≤0.3Pa/h represent internationally competitive vacuum sealing performance.


Technical Features

Six-Zone Independent Control

Six heating element groups arranged along chamber height, each independently controlled. Power ratios optimized through FEM simulation to eliminate inherent top-bottom temperature differences in large chambers. Control system features adaptive algorithms that automatically adjust parameters based on loading conditions.

Dual-Seal System

Door features primary + secondary seal rings with automatic compression mechanism. After door closure, system automatically detects seal status and adjusts compression force, maintaining extremely low leak rates even after extended use.

Laser Loading Assistance

Equipped with laser positioning system that scans chamber space before loading and guides operators in optimizing workpiece placement. System identifies loading dead zones and provides adjustment recommendations, preventing localor thermal field interference caused by improper loading.
