1.1 This equipment is used for vacuum dipping of motor stators.
1.2 In the process of design, manufacture and installation, the
equipment shall implement and conform to the relevant national or
ministerial standards or technical specifications in force.
1.3 The vacuum impregnation system includes the following items.

2. Equipment composition
2.1 vacuum impregnation tank
2.1.1 Specification: 1800mm (inner diameter)x2100mm (effective height), 1 pc;
2.1.2 vacuum impregnation tank material:
Tank body: Q235-B
Flange: Q235-B forging
2.1.3 Installation type: vertical type;
2.1.4 Vacuum degree: ≤500Pa
2.1.5 Transfer and Return of resin: tank bottom;
2.1.6 Opening method of vacuum impregnation tank:hydraulic opening and closing.

2.2.5 Opening method of non-vacuum impregnation tank: hydraulic opening
and closing. The singal is returned by non-contact proximity switch.
2.2.6 The opening angle of the tank cover is that the top point of the opened
tank cover projects over the inner wall of the tank body. The opened tank
cover doesn’t affect lifting of the parts.

2.3.4 The resin storage tank is equipped with the observation light and the

2.3.6 A vacuum resin charging device is installed on the upper part of the tank.
A transparent plastic hose strengthened by steel wire is installed at one end.
The hose can be inserted into the resin barrel. The resin is sucked into the tank
through the vacuum of the tank. A manual valve is installed on the resin pipeline
to adjust the resin supply speed.

2.4 Vacuum Unit System
2.4.1 Vacuum unit consists of 1 set of 2X-70A vacuum pump and 1 set of
ZJ150 roots pump.
2.4.2 The max air suction speed of the vacuum system is 150L/S.
2.4.3 There is a vacuum buffer tank before the vacuum unit to prevent the
pump motor from resin and ensure the normal operation of the vacuum pump.
2.4.4 Before the exhaust gas of the vacuum unit is discharged into the atmosphere,
it must pass through the separation condenser and the condensated liquid is

2.5 Hydraulic system
2.5.1 Hydraulic pump, hydraulic oil tank, oil pipe, motor, solenoid valves,etc;

2.5.3 The hydraulic system is used for opening and closing the impregnation
2.5.4 The hydraulic cylinder has the function of anti descent, and the working
speed is adjustable.
2.6 Pneumatic system
2.6.1 It is comprised of pneumatic triplet joints, pneumatic fittings,
and solenoid valves.
2.6.2 Working pressure: 0.4-0.7Mpa.
2.6.3The air source for the valves and the impregnation tank are to be
provided by the customer.
2.7 resin supply and return system
2.7.1 Resin supply and returning process is conducted through the differential
pressure caused by the vacuum environment of the resin storage tank.
2.7.2 All the valves are high vacuum automatic pneumatic ball valves.
2.7.3 The system is equipped with one rough and one fine filter.
2.7.4 The sealing parts used for the connection of the pipeline and valve
have enough strength and resist corrosion.
2.7.5 Pipeline, flange and fastener are all of standard products.
2.8 Control System
2.8.1 control cabinet, 1 piece ( plastic-spraying coating, collective control);
2.8.2 PLC control ( both auto and manual available);
2.8.3 industrial computer with 21 inch liquid display (search and printing of
vacuum degree, pressure, and resin level);
2.8.4 mouse operation. The touch screen is operation friendly, and has both
the operator access and manager access.
2.8.5 remote control over level indicator. The resin level is monitored digitally
all the time by the control system.
2.8.5 the touch screen could be connected with the printer (printer should be
prepared by customer). The touch screen has preserved this printer interface.
2.8.6 Real-time recording and printing of product number and technical parameters,
parameter curves, process physical parameters: vacuum degree - time,
vacuum holding - time, and resin level of storage tank- time.
2.8.7 It can automatically collect and record vacuum and has memory function.
2.8.9 Display the vacuum degree, and indicate the whole processing process.
Store them in the form of time-vacuum curve on the computer hard disk. Keep
record for a long time. They can be inquired and printed at any time, and output
user information in the form of table (impregnation process parameters, time,
operator number, part number, etc.).
2.8.10 The power supply of the equipment adopts AC380V and 50HZ
three-phase four-wire system. The main electrical components adopt Schneider brand.
2.8.11 The process of resin supplying and returning is automatic. When the
fault occurs, it can be switched to manual operation. When vacuum degree
exists in the tank, the hydraulic system doesn’t work when the operator closes the tank cover.
2.8.12 It has necessary mechanical and electrical interlocking and alarm
functions. Prevent overpressure and artificial wrong operation.
