Packing & Delivery
The aluminium scrap electric crucible melting furnace 1000kgs is packed
inside the plywood case.
And the feet of the case leaves space for forklift operation.
The aluminum metal melting furnace consists of the following three parts: furnace body, electrical control
system and hydraulic system.
The furnace shell is made from steel plates and sectional steel. The refractory lining is comprised of superlight
refractory bricks, silicate aluminum fiber, and heat preservation material.
The heating components are OCr27A17MO2 high-resistance wires which are made into a sprial shape mounted
in the refractory bricks. The furnace cover is a whole-body type or a combined type.
The electrical control system of the aluminum metal melting furnace adopts PID control with the intelligent temperature
controller, and the power regulator. The temperature control accuracy is ±3℃. The furnace also has the over-temperature alarm.
The hydraulic system of the aluminum metal melting furnace is used to pour out the aluminum molten liquid.

Temperature sensing component: thermal coupling (2 pieces together, 1 for measuring the hearth atmosphere temperature

Electrical control system (PID control) : The thyristors are the main controlling component of the electrical control system.
