1. Application of annealing heat treat furnace 

The strong convection bell type heat treatment furnace is mainly used for heat treatment of machine parts such as coil wires and wires,

and can also be used for heat treatment of other workpieces under the environment below the rated temperature.

The temperature control system uses PID zero crossing trigger thyristor, and programmable

high precision intelligent meter to control temperature.

The bell type annealing furnace has good stability, and uses paperless recorder to automatically record temperature, with

U disk recording and over temperature alarm dual control, to ensure that the workpiece does not exceed the temperature.

Automatic interlock control is adopted for each mechanical transmission part of electric heat treat furnace to

ensure operation safety.
